Reading and using the tools
The readiness assessment, ROI calculator and risk scorecard calculate in your browser. Their answers are not sent to the publication. Exported results are files on your device. Do not enter confidential information into free-text fields.
Site measurement
The site can record aggregate page views and actions such as tool completions, report downloads, citation clicks and newsletter confirmations. It does not use advertising cookies, visitor identifiers or fingerprinting. Events contain a page path and a normalized referral category, not your assessment answers or a full referring URL. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable client measurement.
Hosting and security providers may process request information to operate and protect the site. Aggregate event data is retained for up to 13 months. This measurement cannot establish unique readership or organizational adoption.
Newsletter
Signup requires an email address and affirmative consent. A confirmation link verifies the address before subscription. We retain subscription status, consent time and token hashes. Each issue includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes the address from the active mailing list. We do not sell subscriber information or use email-open tracking pixels.
If the email integration is unavailable, signup reports that it is unavailable rather than claiming a successful subscription. The selected email provider and any international processing details must be disclosed here before newsletter activation.
Editorial enquiries
The contact form stores your name, email, enquiry type, message and any asset URL for editorial review. These records are private and retained for up to 180 days unless an ongoing enquiry requires a separate record. Do not submit confidential or restricted information.
Editorial access
Authorized editors authenticate through Cloudflare Access. Editorial records include the editor's identity and the timing of changes. Credentials and integration tokens are not public content.
Your choices
Do not subscribe if you do not want email. Use the unsubscribe link to end delivery, or request access or deletion through the editorial contact. This notice will be updated before adding a provider or changing the collection of personal information.
